Holiday Shipping Deadline 


What is your holiday shipping deadline?

Please order by December 13, 2023 at 12PM EST to ensure enough delivery time to receive your order by December 25, 2023.  Please note that we will work hard to get your orders out fast but delivery by December 25th is not guaranteed.


Return Policy & Shipping 

Where do you ship to?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

What is your Shipping Policy?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes we do!

Do you ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address?

Yes we do!

When will my order ship?

We will strive to ship your order out as fast as possible. Orders normally will ship within 2 to 5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $99 ship FREE! Subscription orders always ship free! We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns are not accepted. All products are final sale. Items are non-returnable due to potential safety risk associated with this ingestible product type, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, If you have any issues you may reach out to us at hello@jockofuel.com to be considered for a refund or replacement.

I received the wrong product, what should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please email us at hello@jockofuel.com or text us at 1-888-290-3172 so we can resolve the issue for you.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

Because orders are processed so quickly, we are unable to modify or cancel your order once it's been processed.

How long does it take to process a refund?

You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Subscriptions

How do I update or cancel my subscription?

If you log into your account, there is a link in the main menu under Account that says Subscriptions, and another one at the very bottom left of every page. It will show all products you are subscribed to and you can adjust how often they are delivered or cancel subscription from right there.

Do you offer Free Shipping on subscription orders?

You get 10% Off when subscribing to products, PLUS, if your shipping address is in the lower 48 United States, you get FREE SHIPPING ON SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS FOR LIFE! Simply choose a Subscription Option when adding the product to your cart.
