Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Please contact us for a return, exchange or refund. Email us at hello@jockofuel.com, call 1-888-858-1416 or fill out the form here for assistance. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

*Free Shipping over $99 applies to the lower 48 states in the United States.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions

By placing an order that indicates an international shipping address, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these International Shipping Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Importer of Records
You acknowledge and understand that by placing an order on our website for international delivery, you are the importer of record and are responsible for ensuring the product meets all applicable laws and regulations in your country of import. We do not provide any warranties as to the products’ compliance with your country’s laws or regulations. You agree that you’re importing our products at your own risk.

Currency and Payment
Prices for all our products are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). When using a credit card for payment, your credit card provider will convert the transaction amount into your local currency at their applicable exchange rate. You may also be imposed conversion fees or foreign transaction fees. Please be sure to check with your bank regarding any fees that may be applicable to your international transaction.

Fees, Duties, and Taxes on International Orders
Our prices do not include customs fees, import duties, or any other taxes that the products may be subject to by the importing country. As the importer, you are solely responsible for any additional fees or expenses related to import of the product including duties and clearance fees. We do not have any control over these fees as they are administered by your country. You should confirm what fees may be applicable to your shipment prior to placing an order with us. You should also confirm that you are able to import our products for personal use.

International Returns, Import Refusals, Lost Shipments
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over timing for customs clearance in your country of import. We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery due to import or clearance issues. Likewise, we will not be responsible for any shipments that are refused by the importing country or any shipments that are returned to us because of international shipping issues including but not limited to import refusals or address errors.
