Calorie Deficiency
"Muscle drive is proving its worth as a muscle loss preventative. I’ve greatly reduced my caloric uptake while focusing on HI-workouts. My stamina has not decreased over the month of using Jocko-MD. I went back to the weight room a few days ago and ripped the weights off the floor as I did before cutting the calories. I have not done a scan and most likely won’t. I guess a truer test without a scan requires more time. I do plan on resupplying with muscle drive."
