Almost nobody wants to talk about the part that decides whether you get to do it again tomorrow.

Recovery.

It’s not the glamorous half of training. It doesn’t get filmed. But here’s the truth: the work doesn’t count if you can’t repeat it. One hard session is a moment. Hard session stacked on hard session — week after week, year after year — that’s capacity. And capacity is where real results live.

Recovery isn’t sitting on the couch feeling good about yourself. It’s your body doing the quiet work of rebuilding so the next effort lands harder than the last.

Safety and who should check with a clinician first
