It’s built to be a lean, high-protein option with minimal extras—over 90% protein by weight, with low sugar, low carbs, and low fat. It’s designed for disciplined training blocks and tighter nutrition targets.
It uses a dual-source isolate blend: instantized whey protein isolate plus HydroBeef™ hydrolyzed beef protein isolate. The goal is clean, high-quality protein support with a performance-first approach.
It’s lactose-light (because it’s isolate-based), which many people find easier than concentrate-heavy powders. If you have a lactose intolerance or sensitivity, start with a smaller serving and see how you respond.
No—this formula is designed to be free from artificial sweeteners, colors, and flavors. Clean flavor, no shortcuts.
It’s formulated to be ultra-clean: 0g sugar and 1g net carbs, with low fat. It’s meant to fit cutting phases, lean macro goals, and “no-noise” nutrition.
Yes—this is exactly the type of protein that works well when you want maximum protein with minimal extra calories from carbs and fats. It’s a strong fit for cutting, recomps, and strict macro tracking.
It means the formula is built intentionally—no under-dosed add-ons just for label decoration. You’re getting a protein-first formula with supportive ingredients included for a reason, not for marketing.
Because performance nutrition should be something you can take consistently. The formula includes digestive enzymes and probiotics (including L. acidophilus) to support digestive comfort and routine adherence.
Anytime you need clean protein. Most people use it post-workout, between meals, or when they need a high-protein option that doesn’t bring a lot of extra carbs/fat.
Yes. Protein Isolate pairs naturally with pre-workout before training and fits well alongside other performance support products in your routine—especially if you’re building a simple “train + recover” stack.

"I have tried both the vanilla and chocolate. All of the family agrees that these are the best we have tried. We have tried a lot! With water they are very good. With milk, they are outstanding. My wife and I both agree they taste like a malted milk shakes."
"Used my reward points to try this caramel pro series protein and it’s delicious! Love it in water or in a smoothie. 25g per scoop. Super high quality ingredients. Another solid Jocko product."
"I absolutely love Jocko protein powder. The flavors taste great, mix well and are easy to digest."
"I ordered the Caramel version after wanting to try something different than the normal chocolate and vanilla flavors and I couldn't be happier."
"I’ve used the Chocolate and now I’m trying the Pro Series Protein Isolate and they are both delicious. I am also using the Rapid Hydration Blue Raspberry and they are great."
"Great taste. Im pretty sensitive to milk, lactose or whatever, dairy stuff I guess. My stomach knows it and I feel it but not bad at all. Like I know its trying to screw me up but its not bothersome. I just keep my drinks stretched out a bit more and its been great!"
"Overall, I’m really happy with it and would recommend Jocko Pro Series Protein to anyone looking for a simple way to support their daily nutrition."
"Not chalky, easy to digest, would recommend."
"Great taste and more servings in the container"
"I'm just a guy trying to get fitter and stronger. Wasn't using a protein powder before; I always prefer to get my nutrients from food. But I also wanted faster recovery between workouts and better gains. I figured, if I was going to use a protein powder, it'd be only for my post-workout protein snack, where it'd have the best leverage. A fast-digesting product like this seemed perfect for that. I also liked that it's so clean, and that it's so low in fat and carbs (I'd rather get those from food). 2 weeks in and I can't imagine life without this product. It's delivering in spades, even for a regular guy like me. Thanks, Jocko Fuel!"
