Blue Raspberry & Coconut Hydrate Smoothie

If you are looking for a refreshing drink after a long hot day this Blue Raspberry Coconut Hydrate Smoothie  is the perfect drink to help replenish those lost electrolytes.

 

Ingredient List

1 16-Ounce Blue Raspberry Hydrate

1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

1/4 Cup Coconut Milk

8 Ounces Sparkling Water

 

How to Make It

In a blender, blend the frozen blueberries and Jocko Blue Raspberry Hydrate until smooth. Add the coconut milk and blend again. 

Add the sparkling water to the blended mixture then pour into a 32-ounce cup or a 40-ounce cup with ice. 

It’s that easy, hydrating and so delicious!  Enjoy!
